Anti-Inflammatory Nutrition
A practical eating pattern that supports general health without promising a food-based cure for back pain.
Food can support overall health, energy, bone health, and recovery, but no diet repairs a disc or reliably cures back pain. Evidence for specific “anti-inflammatory” foods as a stand-alone back-pain treatment is limited. The useful target is a sustainable, nutritionally adequate pattern—not a perfect menu or a list of forbidden ingredients.
